Archisana Ltd. is a design-led architectural practice that creates innovative design solutions. A close collaboration between the practice and the client enables Archisana Ltd. to establish the design brief and skilfully explore the possible design alternatives ensuring a bespoke and unique design solution relevant to the context and brief.
Dr. Sana Al-Naimi (Al-Wasiti) is the founding director of Archisana Ltd and a RIBA Chartered Architect (ADPP, RIBA III). She holds a Ph.D. degree from the School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape at Newcastle University (award-holder of the AHRC Northern Bridge Ph.D. Studentship) and is an associate lecturer at the same department.
Sana is passionate about architecture and its power in enhancing people’s lives and the natural and built environment that surrounds them. She has extensive experience in residential design, care-home design, health centres, educational buildings, interior design, landscape design, and master planning. She is also involved in architectural research and is a member of the Architecture Research Collaborative (ARC) at the School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape at Newcastle University.
